Serving Guide (Approximate): 🔥 1 lb of BBQ feeds about 3 people 🔥 3 lbs of BBQ feeds about 8 people 🔥 5 lbs of BBQ feeds about 16 people 🥔 Most side dishes are sold by the pound, and 1 lb of a side typically serves about 4 people. Whether you're feeding a few people or a larger crowd, you can mix and match BBQ, homemade sides, buns, cornbread, and more to create the perfect meal.
